Bollywood actress Nushrratt Bharuccha has tested negative for COVID-19. The actress recently went into self-isolation after co-star Akshay Kumar tested positive for Covid-19. Earlier, Jacqueline Fernandez also tested negative for the deadly virus. The actress is sharing the screen with Akshay Kumar and Jacqueline Fernandez in Ram Setu, the shoot for which is underway. Nushrratt is still taking steam and the other necessary precautions that are required. The actress is also busy with her promotional interviews for her upcoming film Ajeeb Daastaans.
A source close to the actress shared, "Nushrratt has been in isolation for a few days now and is taking all precautions even in isolation. She is in attendance for all her promotional interviews for her upcoming film Ajeeb Daastaans. She has tested negative for Covid-19 and is relieved with the news but continues to take steam and other precautions."
Along with Nushrratt, her co-star Jacqueline Fernandez too was in isolation after the news and has now tested negative. With a sigh of relief, both actresses are now out of isolation.
Meanwhile, the cast of Ram Setu was busy working for the film in Ayodhya. After Akshay tested positive for COVID-19, it was reported that 45 members of the cast also contracted the virus. On the work front, Nushrratt has films Chhorri, Hurdang, Janhit Mein Jaari, Ram Setu and Ajeeb Daastaans in her pipeline. Bharuccha was last seen in the film Chhalaang. The actress is known for her performance in the films Dream Girl, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety and a few others.
