The Bachchhan Paandey actor was asked the same question back in 2019 at an event in Delhi. A journalist questioned him if he has ever thought of joining politics in the future and he said, “Never, I want to be happy. I love films and I contribute to my country through my films. This is my job.”
Meanwhile, Kumar is gearing up for his next film Raksha Bandhan along with Bhumi Pednekar. This film marks the debut of four actors Sahejmeen Kaur, Deepika Khanna, Sadia Khateeb, and Smrithi Srikanth playing Akshay’s sister while Bhumi plays his love interest. This film is a perfect family entertainer describing the bond between brother-sister. The drama portrays ‘Sometimes Being A Brother Is Even Better Than Being A Superhero’.
