We have been sharing the interesting line up of fresh pairs that Bollywood is ready to welcome on screen soon, including the likes of Kartik Aaryan-Kiara Advani, Ranbir Kapoor- Parineeti Chopra and Sara Ali Khan- Vicky Kaushal.
Continuing that series, in today’s list we will share six more fresh pairs that are ready to grace our screens in the coming future, and in each of these pairs one of the actors is a debutante:
Ajay Devgn-Pranitha Subhash
The newly married Pranitha, who tied the knot in a secret intimate ceremony over the weekend, is all set to begin her Bollywood journey, with two films already in her kitty. Whereas in Hungama 2 she is paired opposite Meezaan, Bhuj: the Pride Of India was the first Hindi film she shot for and there, she is paired opposite Ajay and plays his wife.
Salman Khan-Pragya Jaiswal
Just like Ajay, even Salman is launching another South actress, Pragya, with his upcoming film Antim: The Final Truth. There hasn’t been any official announcement from the production yet but reports strongly suggest it to be true. The film sees Salman as a Sardar cop and also features Aayush Sharma as a gangster. It is a remake of the Marathi film Mulshi Pattern and is helmed by Mahesh Manjrekar.
Akshay Kumar-Manushi Chhillar With the 2003 film Andaaz, Akshay was a part of the launchpad of Miss World 2000, Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Miss Universe 2000 Lara Dutta. 18 years later, Akshay is again set to be a part of another Miss World’s launchpad as he stars opposite Miss World 2017, Manushi Chhillar in Yash Raj Films’ Prithviraj, where he plays the eponymous part, while Manushi essays the role of Princess Sanyogita.
Sidharth Malhotra-Rashmika Mandanna
After making her mark in the South, Rashmika is all set to take over Bollywood and her first film is opposite Sidharth Malhotra, titled Mission Majnu. The actress has also bagged her second film, Vikas Bahl’s Goodbye, and that too with the legend Amitabh Bachchan. The film also features Neena Gupta and Pavail Gulati.
Ranveer Singh- Shalini Pandey
Ranveer is the new age superstar and ever since his role in Bajirao Mastani, the actor has become one of the most successful actors in Bollywood. And now, as he returns to the production house that launched him with Jayeshbhai Jordaar, he is paired opposite Arjun Reddy actress Shalini Pandey, who is making her Bollywood debut with the film.
In 2015, Suniel Shetty’s daughter Athiya Shetty made her debut in Bollywood opposite another debutante Sooraj Pancholi in Salman Khan Films’ Hero. Now, Suniel’s son, Ahan, is set to make his entry with Sajid Nadiadwala’s Tadap. The Milan Luthria directorial is a remake of the Telugu film RX 100 and pairs Ahan opposite Student Of The Year 2 debutante Tara. The first look of the film has already been released and the film is eyeing a September opening.
