With theatres finally being functional with 50% occupancy in certain parts of India, filmmakers are announcing the release dates of their movies. Recent one to make the announcement of his next release is director Milan Luthria. Starring debutant Ahan Shetty and actress Tara Sutaria, Tadap will be released in theatres in December 2021. This directorial venture of The Dirty Picture director will be hitting the screens on December 3, 2021. An official announcement was made by the production banner.
Produced by Nadiadwala Grandson, their Instagram account, breaking the news, penned in its post, “Witness this magic on the big screen #SajidNadiadwala's #Tadap - An Incredible Love Story in cinemas on 3rd December 2021 Directed by @milan.a.luthria.” Son of superstar Suniel Shetty, Ahan who is all set for his debut also shared the same announcement on his Instagram account. He captioned it as, “Tadap 03/12/21.” Leading lady Tara Sutaria shared the same announcement on her INSTA Stories.

Tadap is a remake of RX 100, a Telugu hit romantic action drama starring Kartikeya Gummakonda, Payal Rajput, Rao Ramesh and Ramki.
Before the film team made an official announcement, our sources had informed us, “Ahan has completed his debut film Tadap with producer Sajid Nadiadwala. All the work is done. They are waiting for the theatres to open before announcing the date.”
Ahan is roped in for the third installment of Aashiqui 3 backed by the Bhatt camp. A source informed the rookie actor signed this romantic genre project to prove his versatility. “After the full-on action in Tadap, Ahan wanted to prove himself in an emotional romantic theme. Aashiqui 3 will give him just the vehicle that he needs to prove his versatility,” added the source.
