After Rhea Chakraborty’s 'drug-chats' were accessed, NCB has launched an official inquiry into the matter and their team has landed in Mumbai to investigate the matter. While actor’s former aide Ankit Acharya has denied all reports of him doing any sort of drug, it’s SSR’s former bodyguard who worked with him briefly who said that the actor was a ‘charas addict’. Ex-bodyguard Mushtaq alleged that the actor was temperamental and would smoke Charas or Ganja at private parties at home. During his latest chat with India Today, Mushtaq made the above claims. These claims are entirely as per his observation and the brief time he spent with the late actor.
When
India Today asked Rajput’s former bodyguard if he used to do Charas, he said, “Yes, he did... during parties at home. Five to six people would be there. That time he used to smoke charas or ganja. Everyone in the room would take them. I heard it was an expensive variety. I told him that this (addiction) would lead (Rajput) to mental disturbance. But he (the manager) told me it (the charas) was not something of an ordinary Indian variety. It was expensive.” He further revealed that they were instructed to not leave a trace in the car. He added, “We had instructions not to leave any trace of it (charas) in the car for fears of being caught during checking.”
Mushtaq also claimed that SSR was temperamental. He told India Today, “Nobody could predict his mood. While on shoots, he could ask for anything and lose his cool if he didn't get it. He would cancel shoots abruptly because of his mood. This happened many times. Shoots would be cancelled despite the sets in place. He would sack people suddenly for no fault of theirs.”
