Coronavirus is sparing no one. Now that the Bollywood stars have started to step out of their homes to work, a lot of celebrities are reporting to be Coronavirus positive. It was recently that Brahmastra star Ranbir Kapoor tested positive for COVID-19. His mother Neetu Kapoor confirmed that Ranbir is self-isolating and is on his path of recovery. Now, it has been reported that Gully Boy actor Siddhant Chaturvedi is Coronavirus positive.
As per a report in Filmfare, Siddhant is COVID-19 positive but how and where he contracted the virus is not known. He rose to fame by sharing the screen space with Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh in Gully Boy. He will be next seen in Shakun Batra's untitled film that also stars Ananya Panday and Deepika Padukone. He also has a film with Ishaan Khatter and Katrina Kaif on cards. Considering he is Coronavirus positive, all of his work commitments will be put on hold. Confirming the news, Siddhant made a post on his Instagram stories and thanked all his fans for their concern.
Apart from him, earlier today it was reported that Student of The Year 2 star Tara Sutaria has also contracted Coronavirus. She has Tadap with Ahan Shetty on cards. Recently, she even began work on Ek Villain Returns.
Gangubai Kathiawadi director Sanjay Leela Bhansali too is said to be Coronavirus positive and is in isolation. It was reported that Alia Bhatt too took to COVID-19 test but her results came out to be negative. Actor Manoj Bajpayee is also in quarantine for the same reason. We wish them a speedy recovery.
