The actress who has created a unique space for herself in the Bollywood industry with her powerful performances has plans of making a splash in Hollywood. Alia who is currently busy promoting her upcoming film Kalank, in a recent interview to PTI, said, "I do hope to go there (Hollywood) someday and soon. That is like entering a whole new industry and that is not easy at all. I will have to do it with some more time on my hand".
Alia's performance in Gully Boy is being praised by one and all. And now, all eyes are on her next film Kalank that is releasing on April 17. The actress also has Brahmastra with beau Ranbir Kapoor followed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Inshallah with Salman Khan. Indeed, the pretty actress has a lot in her kitty.
Alia who will soon make her debut in Telugu cinema with SS Rajamouli's RRR also stated that stepping into any new industry will always be a tough task. Talking about her work, the actress said, "All the characters that I have lined up are difficult and challenging. I am aiming at nailing them. That is my vision... My choices are instinctive. It comes from my gut. When I listen to a narration, if I like it, I do it."
The 26-year-old added that she never imagined that she would become a bankable star, however she revealed that she always wanted to be known as a versatile actor. "I had never thought I would be (bankable actor) but I did hope for it. I have always hoped and dreamt big," said Alia.
