Recently, Payal Ghosh accused filmmaker Anurag Kashyap of sexual misconduct. In an interview, Ms Ghosh had named three celebs- Richa Chadha, Mahie Gill and Huma Qureshi. Following which, Richa Chadha filed a defamation suit against Payal Ghosh, Kamaal R Khan and a news portal seeking public apology and Rs 1.1 crore in damages. However later, Payal Ghosh refused to apologise after her lawyer Nitin Satpute agreed to tender an apology in the defamation case.
Apart from the defamation case, Richa Chadha had also filed a complaint with National Commission of Women’s against Payal Ghosh. Soon after the pictures of Payal with NCW Chairperson Rekha Sharma emerged, Richa shared a picture of her case and called out NCW for not responding to her letter as she filed it before her. Re-tweeting Ghosh’s pictures with Rekha Sharma, Richa wrote, "I still haven’t heard back from @NCWIndia reg my complaint (dated 22/9/20) filed against Ms Ghosh, for falsely dragging my name in her case against a director. Basis your own tweets on the matter, I believe my complaint was filed BEFORE hers."
Now Taapsee Pannu has a suggestion for Richa Chadha. Replying to Fukrey actress said she should go to Delhi to make herself audible and visible in front of NCW, Taapsee said, “I think you should fly to Delhi soon to make yourself visible n audible."

Richa earlier Tweeted, “Here’s my complaint no.- 2014110985954. PFA screenshot of the receipt from @NCWIndia .
