The hate around Adipurush for its unsatisfactory acting, poor VFX, and cringe dialogues does not seem to be ending anytime soon. The magnum opus starrer was helmed by Om Raut, and expectations from the fans were sky-high, as the film had an alleged budget of around Rs 600 Crores, adding to it, the film narrates the epic mythological story of Ramayana. While the film has minted great numbers at the box office in the first two days, the film has received brutal backlash for multiple reasons. One of the reasons is its ‘Tapori dialogues’.

In the film, there is a dialogue mouthed by Hanuman that says, 'Kapda tere baap ka. Tel tere baap ka. Aag bhi tere baap ki. Toh jalegi bhi tere baap ki' has especially created a lot of furore. Following the mammoth hatred, the makers have decided to change dialogues.
As per the sources, the makers are revisiting the said dialogues to ensure that they ‘resonate with core essence of the film and the same will reflect in the theatres in the next few days.’
Adipurush writer Manoj Muntashir who initially defended the dialogues took to his Twitter handle to reveal that the makers have now decided to bring some changes in Prabhas, Kriti Sanon starrer.
In a lengthy note, Muntashir got candid about the backlash he received and shared that people said some nasty things and addressed his mother because a few dialogues hurt them.
He penned that he wrote around 4000 lines for Adipurush and some sentiments got hurt by 5 lines. He wrote, "I wrote dialogues of more than 4000 lines in Adipurush, some sentiments got hurt on 5 lines. In those hundreds of lines, where Shri Ram was glorified, Maa Sita's chastity was described, praise was also to be received for her, which I don't know why I did not get."
Directed by Om Raut, Adipurush also stars Saif Ali Khan, Sunny Singh, Devdatta Nage, Sonal Chauhan and Vatsal Seth in crucial roles.
