Om Raut’s Adipurush is undoubtedly one of the most anticipated films in recent times. Apart from a gripping plot, the film also features an impeccable star cast - Prabhas, Kriti Sanon and Saif Ali Khan. While the film’s first teaser failed to impress the audience, makers were forced to revamp the entire preview. The new promo has finally piqued the audience’s interest and fans have been going gaga over the same.

The latest development comes after Adipurush, an adaptation of the Indian epic Ramayana, landed in trouble in 2022,  following the release of its first teaser. From being called out for poor VFX to being questioned for hurting religious sentiments, the film’s preview stirred up numerous controversies. It became fodder for memes and also pushed a VFX company, VFXwala, to issue a statement saying that they are not involved in the project. The makers of the film had said that they were delaying the release to work on the visuals and other aspects. Now, the film’s new and revamped trailer has finally lived up to the audience’s high hopes evoking goosebumps and netizens seem highly impressed by the same. Many have reacted to the trailer and praised the VFX. 

One of the Twitter users wrote, “#GOOSEBUMPS STUFF, what a trailer, was very disappointed with the teaser earlier, but now the clothing, the visuals, dialogues, music, everything looks perfect. Will smash every existing box office record. #AdipurushTrailer  #AdipurushOnJune16th.”

Another wrote, “Better than teaser but average though not a great filmmaking. Telugu dialogues improve cheyyochu. The film is now releasing in theatres on June 16. Before that, the film will have its world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival.
