After making bad look good in Om Raut’s Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, Saif Ali Khan is rumoured to play baddie once again in Prabhas starrer Adipurush. Yes, you heard that right! A few days back, Prabhas took to social media to announce his upcoming flick in collaboration with Tanhaji director Om Raut. He announced his next days after he informed his fans about his other film with Deepika Padukone.
Adipurush which is touted to be a story about good wins over evil might see Saif Ali Khan portraying the role of Raavan. A report in Filmfare states, “Saif Ali Khan will play the dreadful Raavan in the film.” Taking to social media, Prabhas dropped the motion poster of Adipurush which had several pictures from the mythology Ramayana. After delivering blockbuster Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior, Om Raut along with the new pairing – Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan – makes Adipurush a must and exciting watch.
Adipurush is going to be a 3D film and will be shot in multiple languages like Hindi and Telugu, while it will also be dubbed in Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada among other international languages. Adipurush is reportedly slated to go on floors in 2021, while it is scheduled to hit the big screens in 2022.

Earlier talking about the film, Prabhas had said, “Talking about the film, Prabhas said, “Every role and every character comes with its own challenges, but portraying a character like this comes with tremendous responsibility and pride. I am very excited to portray this character of our epic, especially the way Om has designed it.
