Renowned television and film actress Bhairvai Vaidya left for her heavenly abode at the age of 67. She passed away after battling cancer on Sunday, October 8. A well-known face in the entertainment industry she was loved and cherished by her admirers for her versatile performances and happy-go-luck personality, for over four decades now. Her daughter, Janki Vaidya took to her official social media handle to share the heartbreaking news of her passing.
Taking to Instagram, Janki shared a photo of her mother and penned a lengthy note grieving her late mother. Expressing how her mother fulfilled a lot of roles for her, she expressed how Vaidya was “Colourful, Fearless, Creative, Caring, Responsible!” An actor before being a wife and a parent, the voice-over artist revealed how her mother made a name for herself without compromising a bit.
Janki went on to add, “A lady who raised her Children and made them capable of achieving their Dreams without any fear of thinking "what if??" … A lady who build her Name in the the industry than let that be Film,TV,Ott on her own Rules without compromising even a bit!!! A lady who smiled, laughed through her family!!! A lady who fought till her last breath… My pranam to you… I was blessed to have you as my mother in this life, There's so much to say but I am choking!!!” Netizens were quick to take to the comment section of the post their condolences.
For the unversed, she worked in many known and hit movies and television shows. Having shared the screen with actors like Anil Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Salman Khan, Preity Zinta, and Rani Mukerji, she was one of the most-loved faces. She was last seen in the serial Nima Denzongpa.
