June 30, 2020, marks 20 years of actor Abhishek Bachchan in Bollywood, setting his foot in the industry back in 2000, his first film Refugee co-starring Kareena Kapoor Khan was released today 20 years ago. The actor hence on this occasion, penning a long note, spoke about his experience and thanked everyone who made this possible. Abhishek Bachchan had marked his Bollywood debut with JP Dutta’s Refugee thanked him for being his best teacher and his guiding star as he began his journey.
Just like the other actors, Refugee also remains his all-time favourite as it was the first film of his acting career. Going ahead, in his heartfelt note, he also thanked his family for being supportive and his sincere critics when it came to his work, as they gave out their honest opinions. The actor feels blessed to have survived 20 years and thus giving him an opportunity to look back. On the concluding note, he mentions he is yet to go several miles before he sleeps.
Ending his post with, “Like the great Sinatra said-“The record shows, I took the blows And did it my way!”
