Actors Abhimanyu Dassani and Shirley Setia, who have been in the news for their forthcoming action love story Nikamma attended a popular college festival in Mumbai today. Abhimanyu and Shirley were overwhelmed with the warm welcome they received. While boys impressed Shirley with their singing and even proposed her, Abhimanyu gave some cool advice to the audience on how to deal with 'not-so-cool' Nikammas in their life. Abhimanyu who is also great with action, obliged students by teaching them some defense techniques.
Both Abhimanyu and Shirley reminisced their college days and shared fun anecdotes with the students. The camaraderie between Abhimanyu and Shirley was electrifying and we can't wait to see them onscreen! The duo recently recreated an iconic scene from Salman Khan’s blockbuster, Maine Pyar Kiya. The two lip-synced to the iconic dialogue which is still remembered by many for years now. The actor even gifted Salman a jacket which he wore in the movie on his 54th birthday recently hosted in town. The movie also marks Shilpa Shetty’s comeback on the silver screen; helmed by Sabbir Khan.
NIKAMMA is produced by Sony Pictures International Productions and Sabbir Khan Films and is set to release on June 5, 2020.
