Rahul Roy's brother-in-law reveals the actor is out of danger and has started taking speech and physical therapies from his doctors

It was a few days ago that the news of Aashiqui actor and Bigg Boss 1 winner Rahul Roy suffering a brain stroke had hit the internet. The incident took place while Rahul was shooting for his upcoming project in Kargil. He was soon rushed to Mumbai's Nanavati Hospital. Ever since then, all his fans and friends have only been concerned. Now, here's s sigh of relief for all you guys. As per Rahul Roy's brother-in-law Romeer Sen, Rahul is now out of danger and the doctors have commenced his speech and physical therapy. In a conversation with TOI, Romeee shared the good news.

"Rahul is now out of danger," revealed the actor's brother-in-law. He further revealed that the actor is also responding well to doctors' speech and physical therapy. The actor is expected to be under their observation for a couple of more days. As per the portal, Rahul has been diagnosed with Aphasia, a condition that makes it difficult for a person to frame sentences. Roy's right side of the body has been affected due to his brain stroke and the right hemisphere of his face and right arm have weakened.

Reportedly, the veteran star will have to undergo a couple of physiotherapy sessions to recover completely.


Bigg Boss 14 fame and Rahul's co-star Nishant Singh Malkhani, in an interview with ETimes, said, "Rahul was a bit dull on Tuesday initially, and we suddenly observed that he was not able to deliver his dialogues. He was not forgetting them but he was groping for words to complete sentences, he just could not form sentences. Then, around evening, he started to behave little unusually, idhar udhar dekhne laga and we strongly sensed that something was wrong."
