Delhi High Court, on Thursday, issued an order, restraining YouTube channels from posting content or any bogus things related to Aaradhya Bachchan’s health. This development comes after Aaradhya moved to the HC court seeking an injunction against several YouTube channels and uploaders restraining them from posting fake news about her health. Ameet Naik, the lawyer who represented the case and appeared for Aaradhya and Abhishek, has revealed that the context regarding Aaradhya was very shocking and that any parent would be upset and furious.
Speaking with BollywoodLife, Ameet Naik stated, “There were these defamatory videos about Abhishek's daughter Aaradhya last week on YouTube. The report was very absurd that she is no more. Others wrote that she is critically ill. We had sent them a notice to remove them immediately.” He added that Delhi HC in its order has restricted nine channels from “creating, publishing, uploading, sharing or disseminating any videos which are identical or similar in content to the videos forming the subject matter” of the URLs (uniform resource locator) mentioned in the application. It includes all videos related to Aaradhya’s health. Adding to this, Ameet mentioned that the judge ruled out that every child deserves dignity whether it is that of a celeb or a commoner. “The judge said this was not a new thing but here we can see a "morbid perversity" on part of such creators who have complete apathy for the child in question.”
The suit was filed by Aaradhya’s father Abhishek Bachchan and C Hari Shankar was the judge who gave the hearing.
For the unversed, 11-year-old Aaradhya was born in 2011 and she is enrolled at Dhirubhai Ambani International School (DAIS), Mumbai. The little girl often makes headlines for appearing with her star mom Aishwarya in public events.
