Aamir Khan's daughter, Ira Khan recently mentioned celebrating International Self-Care Day by posting self-care lessons every day on her Instagram stories. Like Ira promised to take care of herself, she also urged people to follow suit. In continuation, Ira Khan has now spoken about the curiosity that takes prominence when children strike puberty. In her post, she revealed her mother Reena Dutta gave her a sex education book when she hit puberty.
But Ira revealed she did not pay any heed to it. Titling this post as, “Be Curious”, she wrote, “I don't think I've ever looked at myself entirely before. My mom gave me a sexual education book when I hit puberty and it had asked me to look at myself in a mirror, but I didn't get around to doing it. My body has also changed so much in general. Have a long way to go.” She also tagged her organisation, Agastu, with #PINKYPROMISETOME. Under this Pink Promise To Me campaign, Ira Khan motivates people to take care of themselves.

When Ira spoke about kick-starting this campaign she revealed that on many occasions, she ended up destroying herself which she wrongly assumed to be a self-care technique.
