Aaliya Siddiqui RECORDS And Releases Her Call To Nawazuddin’s Brother Shamas; Calls Allegations ‘False And Fabricated’, Warns Of Punishment

What started as Aaliya Siddiqui seeking a divorce from Nawazuddin Siddiqui has now turned more complicated with many accusations and complaints from both sides. Recently, it was reported that Nawazudin Siddiqui's brother Shamas Siddiqui has filed a complaint against his brother's estranged wife Aaliya- who now goes by the name Anjana Anand Kishor Pandey-of fraud and criminal breach of trust before the DCP of Mumbai's ZONE 9 and a criminal defamation case at the Magistrates Court. Now, Aaliya has reacted to it, calling it false and fabricated.

Shamas had claimed that he gave Aaliya Rs 2.16 crore for her film Holy Cow. Aaliya took to her Twitter to clarify her side, and sharing the report about Shamas filing a case against her, Aaliya wrote, “@ShamasSiddiquiplease learn law (false & fabricated) "money recovery cases" or other complaints are not filed with DCP Zone IX of police but with local police I know that you have contacts & that you know people BUT it does not scare me.” She further shared pictures of documents wherein Shamas has apologized for retrieving Aaliya’s call details through an advocate, back in 2017.  She wrote, “@MumbaiPoliceI want to record my statement in CDR matter. Why is my statement not recorded. It has been more than 2 years now & I have been waiting. Please record my statement & arrest the "right persons" who have been guilty for stalking @ShamasSiddiqui @Nawazuddin_S.”

In another tweet, she shared a video of her call with Shamas, and wrote, “@ShamasSiddiquiDo not dare threaten me with false & fabricated money recovery cases. When I have truth on my side I need not worry Instead be ready to be punished for your serious crimes Bribing using influence will not save u this time @Nawazuddin_S @MumbaiPolice.”

Aaliya then tweeted, “Submitted all evidence including admission of the Accused. As per Section 166A of Criminal Amendment Act 2013 @MumbaiPolice has to immediately file FIR against  @ShamasSiddiqui DCP Zone IX is also fully aware of CDR matter. Why is there a delay  @CPMumbaiPolice.” In her final tweet, she wrote that she does not have money, fame, contacts or influence and also cannot bribe anyone. “I will stand by #Truth backed by #evidence & #law I seek #justice & nothing else. #GUILTY ought to be punished.
