A few days back, we reported about Hate Story 4 actress Urvashi Rautela’s Aadhar Card been misused to book a room in a 5-star hotel.
And now the woman
who booked the room told Bandra police that she found Rautela’s card in an autorickshaw and booked the five-star hotel room because she ‘just
wanted to relax.’
According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, the woman has been identified as Parul Chowdhary, who is a struggling actress and is also known as Harshita.
Reportedly, Chowdhary
had booked a room in a Bandra five-star hotel on March 27. The booking was done
online using Rautela’a Aadhaar card details. The accused had checked in at the
hotel around 6:15pm and stayed in the room for at least two hours. Later, when
she came to the lobby and learned about Rautela’s visit to the same hotel, she
decided to leave and told the hotel staff that she had to leave for an unexpected emergency.
“When the staff insisted on payment, she gave her credit card but when the hotel staff swiped the card, it declined. She then handed over her Aadhaar card to them and left. Later in the night when Rautela reached the hotel, she was told that someone had booked a room in her name, using her Aadhaar details. Rauela’s publicist, Kapil Mishra, lodged a complaint with the Bandra police station in this regard,” told a polic official to the daily.
While speaking to Mumbai Mirror, Kapil Mishra said, “The police are still working on the theory that Chowdhary has claimed that she found Urvashi’s Aadhaar card in an auto rickshaw. The statement is not convincing, and let police investigate the matter further.”
