Actor Pooja Bhatt ventured into Bollywood with her father Mahesh Bhatt’s 1991 musical drama Dil Hai Ke Manta Nahin, which was a remake of the Oscar-winning Hollywood classic It Happened One Night. Pooja won many hearts with her power-packed performance in her maiden film. Today, it's been 30 years since Mahesh Bhatt’s directorial had hit theatres. To celebrate the milestone Pooja took to her social media platforms and penned a sweet post, reliving the old shoot days.

She shared a couple of old stills from the movie with Aamir Khan, Anupam Kher, and Deepak Tijori on Twitter. Sharing it, Pooja Bhatt wrote, “30 yrs of #dilhaikemantanahin Gratitude to #GulshanKumar for bankrolling a film that experts said was too risky, where a woman runs away from home to marry someone, then changes her mind & runs away from the mandap to marry someone else. That too, with her father’s blessings..”

While the first photo showed the actress with a perfect hair flip from a dance sequence, others show Pooja posing with other actors. Particularly, the last click which shows Pooja with Aamir, made everyone nostalgic.

Take a look at the post below:

In an earlier interview with Hindustan Times, Pooja Bhatt spoke about her special memories with the film and said it was a "life-changing journey into her own heart. "

She was quoted saying, “All of us, including the audience, felt a big vacuum once the film was over. They still hold onto it and the memories they have around it. It’s a film that’s ingrained in people’s hearts and minds; they connect their adolescence to it.”
