Just 4 days ahead of International Yoga day, fitness enthusiast actress Malaika Arora is seen urging people to indulge in some form of exercise. Posting a video of her sweating it out by performing some hardcore exercises to build solid core and fit body. Video has Malaika walking on the treadmill, doing side-to-side jumps, leg raise, stretching sideways, squats and finally cooling down in yoga mundra. In her caption urging the people to take up some form of fitness, she asked people to start working out.
Followed by asking people if they too want to workout like her, further directing them to click on the link she posted in her bio. The actress is calling people to work out with her in a live session. Ever since the lockdown rules were eased the actress was again spotted hitting at the gym to remain fit, Malaika wore a grey gym wear that looked very comfortable allowing her to move her body swiftly and tied her hair in a pony.

When the gyms in the city were shut due to the COVID-19 pandemic, she stepped out for walks in the town as part of her exercise. Recently her BF Arjun Kapoor shifted to a sea facing apartment closer to her abode; the couple made their relationship public in 2019.
