Moushumi Chatterjee’s daughter Payal Sinha breathed her last on the night of Dec 13. Her death unfolded several hidden facets. Her parents had accused their son-in-law Dicky Sinha of not taking good care of their comatose daughter after she was discharged from the hospital and even took the matter to court last year.

Now, for the first time, Payal’s husband Dicky speaks exclusively to SpotboyE.com and he makes several shocking revelations. Here are the excerpts from our conversation:

Sorry to hear about your loss, but can I have few minutes with you?
Yes.

Is all well between you and your in-laws, Chatterjees?
No.

But the court had asked you’ll to resolve the differences amicably?
I had no issues with them. Let me tell you that I had won the case. Payal, my wife was with me till her last day. And you know what?

What?
Moushumi did not even see Payal’s face after she died. She wasn’t at the funeral, she neither came to the mortuary.

Go on…
Her father and her sister Megha came only at the funeral.

Did you’ll speak over there?
Nope. And by the way, when Payal was alive, Megha once tried to forcibly feed her with Prasad that almost choked her.

Did the differences happen because of your business collaboration with Chatterjees not working out?
That shouldn’t have happened. They made Payal’s illness an ego issue. Some celeb had praised me saying that I was looking after Payal well, after which, Moushumi started the whole fight and went public about it.
I never spoke about this, but since you have called, I am doing it for the first time. It is not to clear my name, it is just to tell the truth.

Gives me a feeling that Chatterjees did not approve Payal’s relationship with you…
In her 10 years of marriage, Payal never stayed back even once at their place. Does say it all? However, most love stories mein parental approval nahi hota. So, that’s not the premise of how they went to talk ill about me.

So, you were looking after Payal’s well-being…
Absolutely. Payal was in coma for nearly two-and-half years, but twice, we managed to revive her a bit and even make her walk with support. However later, her nephro system gave way leading to several complications. During this whole illness, she was operated twice; and once even a brain surgery was done.

And yes, during her last 2 months stay in hospital, Moushumi came only 5 times for 5 minutes each. I have recordings of evidence. Mind well, I hadn’t forbidden them from seeing Payal at any point.

I have had a big loss. I did my best. Frankly, I don’t think I’m answerable to anyone.
