Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor is currently busy promoting her upcoming film Ulajh. A few days back, she left her fans concerned when news of her hospitalisation made the headlines. It was reported by various media outlets that she was hospitalised due to food poisoning. In a recent interview with Times Now, she recently opened up about the same and revealed that she wasn’t feeling well on July 16 while she had traveled to Mumbai from Chennai. Her health kept on deteriorating.
The Mr and Mrs Mahi actress went on to explain that it was the first time that she had to be hospitalised. While the doctors conducted several tests on her to understand why she was feeling sick, the actress was concerned because she was scheduled to shoot a song soon. She revealed that she felt “handicapped and paralysed” because she was unable to speak, walk or talk. It was then that she realised that her body needed rest. She eventually got that rest while she was hospitalised.

Janhvi also shared that the incident taught her to prioritise her health and to always listen to her body. She added that her flourishing career and other commitments may be “fleeting” away, but taking care of her health was more important.
On the work front, Janhvi Kapoor was last seen in Mr And Mrs Mahi opposite Rajkummar Rao. She will be next seen in Ulajh, co-starring Roshan Matthew and Gulshan Devaiah. She also has Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari alongside Varun Dhawan and her Telugu debut film Devara alongside Jr NTR and Saif Ali Khan in her pipeline. The makers of Ram Charan’s upcoming untitled project also announced her as their leading lady.
