Finally, Shah Rukh Khan aka King Khan is back with a bang! The teaser of Pathaan is here and as expected the video’s views on YouTube are rolling and fans have taken to all social media sites reacting to the teaser. However, not everyone seems to be convinced by the teaser. And amid all the positive response, the Boycott Bollywood trend has sparked once again.
Bollywood biggies faced social media wrath owing to the Boycott Bollywood trend.
Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha, Akshay Kumar’s Raksha Bandhan, and Ranbir Kapoor’s Brahmastra were some of the few films that faced a sort of negativity on Twitter. It's a known fact, netizens have rubbished any developments around Shah Rukh Khan’s comeback on the big screen, and the boycott campaign continues to rage amongst the masses.
No sooner than the Pathaan teaser was dropped on the internet, netizens started trending Boycott Bollywood and it seems they are trying to pull down SRK's film by flooding the platform with negativity.
Reacting to the teaser one user wrote, “#BoycottBollywood forever After 3 @yrf flops comes another one..Keep trying..” Another wrote, “We celebrate festivals, we celebrate our own culture, we celebrate our life traditionally now… No space to celebrate #Pathaan. #BoycottBollywood.”
