Farhan Akhtar and Shibani Dandekar’s relationship is quite official now. From loved-up social media posts for each other to painting the town red with their date nights, this couple has been at it. No wonder, the news of them tying the knot by the mid of this year, has been ringing aloud in the gossip corridor. However, the duo has never given an official statement on it, yet.
But, something has caught our eye which will surely interest Farhan and Shibani’s fans too. Last evening, Shibani put out a picture of hers, all decked-up for the wedding of her youngest sister, Apeksha Dandekar in Delhi and she captioned it as, “when the baby goose is getting married, you pull out ya best @shehlaakhan #thatbrowngirl jewerly by @outhousejewellery”
In no time, Shibani’s good friend and singer turned anchor, Meiyang Chang commented on her post asking, “And when’s the Sr. goose getting married?” To which Shibani replied, “Apparently this summer”. Check out their conversation below:
Now, whether Shibani was mocking the news afloat in the circuit about her wedding to Farhan or she was subtly dropping the hint about the sacred ceremony actually taking place this summer, we’re not too sure, but it looks like things are going quite steady and in the positive direction for the lovebirds.
Farhan and Shibani first indicated about their growing fondness for each other through social media posts and then finally made their relationship official as they walked in hand-in-hand at Deepika Padukone-Ranveer Singh’s wedding reception in Mumbai. Since then, the two have been inseparable and even writing romantic poems for one another on social media. With so much love around, looks like summer it is!
