YRF has come up with the first trailer of Hichki. Starring Rani Mukerji in the lead, this film revolves around a girl with a speech disorder but is adamant that she can be a good teacher. Check out the trailer right here:
Rani's Hichki, celebrates self-belief, the resilience of human spirit and hope. The film is about turning disadvantages into opportunities and staring down at challenges and ultimately winning over them.
The first look of the film, which released a few months back, went viral then.
Talking about Hichki as her comeback film, Rani had said, “I was looking for a script that would challenge and excite me, and Hichki came my way. Each of us has a weakness that pulls us back. It could be a disability or any condition but if we just look at it as simply a hiccup, we can emerge as a winner. It won’t come in the way of achieving our dreams. Hichki is built on this positive premise and I decided to take it up.”
With Hichki, Rani will be seen in a positive and inspiring story about a woman who turns her biggest weakness into her biggest strength. Hichki hits theatres on February 23.
Hichki will be Maneesh Sharma’s third film as a producer with YRF after Dum Laga Ke Haisha and Meri Pyaari Bindu. Siddharth P Malhotra, who has directed Dharma's We Are Family (2010), which starred Kareena Kapoor Khan, Kajol and Arjun Rampal is making his first film with YRF with Hichki.
Coming back to the trailer, we all are looking forward to see Rani create magic once again on the big screen. What about you? Share your thoughts in the 'Comments' section below.
