This biographical period drama based on the Maratha warrior is rapidly marching towards the 200 hundred crore club. Going strong on the second Saturday also after its release, as per reports in Box office India, the movie has minted Rs. 15.50 crore at the ticket window on second Saturday. It's of course huge!
Though the film registered a little less revenue as compared to its first Saturday collection which was Rs. 19.75 crore, it is expected to grow on Sunday going by the box office trend and increasing number of footfalls. The film's total collection so far is Rs 141 crore mark at the box office. It had and still continues to have a dream run at the box office especially in Maharashtra. Also adding more to the success of the film, Tanhaji has become the second highest-grossing film in the state after south dubbed blockbuster, Baahubali - The Conclusion.
