This time we caught up with the effervescent Neha Dhupia, whose spirits are high and not at all dampened amidst the Coronavirus spread. Neha was our guest on Instagram LIVE chat and spoke about her routine and life during the lockdown phase.
We started the conversation by asking Neha what is that one thing which she is missing the most and the actress told us, "I am missing the little things in life. Like waking up early in the morning and going for a run. I am not missing big things in life. Also, one thing I am so glad about is having no makeup days." Watch the video below for FULL Interview:
Neha also spoke candidly about her little daughter Mehr and how she is adjusting to this new life. "Mehr was getting separation anxiety in between. Even when I would leave for shoots, she used to cry but now we are here for her all the time. Also, I feel kids are very intuitive. Earlier, she used to run to the door, wanting to go out. But now she doesn't do that. She has been great. Though I think she wonders where have people of her age group suddenly disappeared as she is surrounded by just adults," Neha said.
The actress then goes on to describe the day, when Mehr walked for the first time. And also tells us what did she do immediately after that moment. Neha then talks about her hubby, Angad's routine, especially after his knee surgery.
We also spoke about the impact of lockdown on the businesses. Neha added, "What we need to worry about is not just the impact on revenues but also about the fact that the industry has a lot of daily wage workers. We all are doing our bit to support them-a lot of actors, producers are helping out. But still, we don't know when will we revive the business and ourselves in the business."
Neha also gave a sneak peek into her workout regimen and diet during the quarantine phase. "There are a couple of things which we always avoided and we are doing that still, like gluten and dairy. Angad has turned a vegetarian recently, so its simple. As far as working out is concerned, I do Yoga when Mehr is asleep. My trainer teaches me over a video call. I make sure I don't skip my Yoga sessions," concluded Neha.
