Nushrratt Bharuccha is all set to ablaze the silver screen with her upcoming horror film ‘Chhorii.’ The trailer of the movie was released, yesterday, and it has left her fans and audience impressed and excited. Directed by Vishal Furia, the movie will see Nushrratt playing the role of a pregnant woman, Sakshi who experiences paranormal activities. For Nushrratt, every aspect of the movie was very scary. In an exclusive chat with SpotboyE.com, the ‘Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety’ actress revealed scary moments she experienced while shooting.
Nushrratt shared, “There were a lot of moments while shooting when I was really scared. The place in itself was very scary and very erry. Sugarcane fields were double my height so it was difficult to see things around. I use to get lost in those fields, I didn’t know my way out of the set. I always needed three-four people to tell me to which side to go. Also, there were no lights, it was pitch dark so with the help of the phone’s light, we used to find our way. That place where I was shooting was very scary. When I reached there, I was literally thinking about how I will shoot at this place. For me, every aspect of the film was scary.”
She also talked about her love for the horror genre. The actress said, “I love the horror genre and I love watching horror movies. I think I watch everything new in horror that releases. If there is some new horror film, I am like I am watching this tonight. I put other films on hold but never miss any movie of this genre. But, I also get very scared. I can’t watch a horror film at night. I can’t watch alone. I watch it during the day with people around. I do all of that and I know "Mai aj raat ko nhi sone wali". Aj raat ki neend gayi yeh mai manke hi horror film dekhti hun.”
Also featuring Mitta Vashisht, Rajesh Jais, Yania Bharadwaj, and Saurabh Goyal in pivotal roles, Chhorii will start streaming on Amazon Prime Video on November 26.
