Dhanush made his Bollywood debut opposite Sonam Kapoor in Aanand L Rai’s Raanjhaana in 2012. Two years later, the Maari 2 actor shared the screen space with Amitabh Bachchan in R Balki’s Shamitabh (2015). But for those who’ve been missing the South superstar in Bollywood, will soon get to see him on the big screen and he also confirmed the same to SpotboyE.com. After ruling South and Bollywood to some extent, Dhanush is now gearing up for his Hollywood debut, The Extraordinary Journey Of Fakir. We met the actor on Wednesday for the promotional interview of his next flick.

While speaking to SpotboyE.com, Dhanush revealed how different it was for him to shoot for his Hollywood debut. Apart from that, the actor also spoke about working with children and if he has any plans of joining politics. He also revealed how his wife Aishwarya reacted after watching The Extraordinary Journey Of Fakir’s trailer.



Towards the end of the interview, when we asked the Maari actor about his Bollywood plans, he said, “Soon”. When prodded further, he said, “It’s still not very concrete. We are working on it, there will be an announcement soon.” When we asked him who’s that Bollywood actress he wants to work with, he said, “It’s not like I want to work with this actor or that actor. I want to work with many talented actresses and learn from them and understand how they work. I am looking forward to collaborate with some of them.” We further asked him if he would like to work with Deepika Padukone Alia Bhatt and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and if he has seen their movies, he said, “Yes, I’ve seen some of their films. They are such wonderful actors and I would love to work with them and learn from them.”

When asked if has any close memories from the sets of Shamitabh or Raanjhaana, he said, “Yeah! Ranjhaana is a film that is very close to my heart. We all worked really hard for that film.
