Shiboprosad Mukherjee And Nandita Roy’s Directorial ‘Posto’ Completes Three Years

Director duo Shiboprosad Mukherjee and Nandita Roy film ‘Posto’ has completed three years today. The film features Jisshu Sengupta, Mimi Chakraborty, Arghya Basu Roy, Soumitra Chatterjee, Paran Bandopadhyay and Gouri Lahiri in the lead roles. The film was released on May 12, 2017.

“From Scene one, Take one to three glorious years. It's been a journey to remember. Thank you for all the love,” Windows Production tweeted.

The film is about a small boy named Arko, also called Posto is raised by his grandparents Soumitra Chatterjee and Lily Chakraborty. His parents Jisshu Sengupta and Mimi Chakraborty are settled in Kolkata. They come to see their son at the weekend. A clash started between grandparents and parents when they want to take away their child. The clash forces the kid into the court. The film was appreciated by the movie buffs.

Meanwhile, Windows Production is releasing short films in this quarantine days. The production house will be producing are Haami 2, Belashuru and Kaushik Ganguly’s Lokkhi Chhele.

Shibprasad Mukhopadhyay and Nandita Roy will soon be starting their long-awaited next directorial titled ‘Belashuru’. The director duo had even shared the first look poster of the film on social media and the first glance of it will make you remember of ‘Bela Seshe’.
