Actress Koel Mallick has started dubbing for her upcoming film Mitin Mashi. She has shared a picture on her official Instagram account. The filmmakers have recently launched the official poster of the film.
She captioned the picture, “Dubbing #MitinMashi #Pujo2019.”
The actress will playing the role of the detective and she is considered to be the first female detective in the Bengali film industry. In the film, Koel is sporting mostly no makeup look and is looking very serious.
Mitin Mashi will be Arindam Sil’s third detective film after Byomkesh Bakshi and Goenda Shabor. The film is inspired by Suchitra Bhattacharya’s story Hate Matro Teenteh Din.
Bollywood actor Vinay Pathak will be debuting in the Bengali film industry through Mitin Mashi.
On work front, Koel Mallick will be next seen in Parambrata Chatterjee’s upcoming film Bony. She will be seen opposite actor Anjan Dutt in the sci-fi thriller movie is written by Shirshendu Mukhopadhyay.
The movie Bony is about an Indian couple who are settled in Milan and they discover their baby has superpowers. While on the other hand, there is a Bangladeshi scientist who flees from America after being framed by the government with suspected terrorist links. He heads to Italy in search of the baby. Director Parambrata will also play a key role in Bony.
The film’s music has been composed by Anupam Roy.
