Mitin Mashi Is Selected For The Screening At Bongo Probashi Milap In Dubai

Arindam Sil’s Mitin Mashi will be screened at Bongo Probashi Milap in Dubai on December 6. The news was shared by the lead actress of the film Koel Mallick. The film is about a woman detective investigating the kidnapping of a small boy. Mitin Mashi was appreciated a lot by the fans.

“Happy to announce that #MitinMashi has been selected for the screening at #BongoProbashiMilap on 6th December,” tweeted Nothing Beyond Cinema.

The film has projected a female as a detective. Talking to Pycker, Arindam had said, “I think my film will be the first one with a female detective. Mitin is something Bengali audience has never seen before. Mitin is the representative of women empowerment.”

The film break the myth that females cannot be a detective as she better handles the household work. But in this film, Koel Mallick will be seen balancing the house and her work without any problem.

The trailer of the film is widely being appreciated. The trailer gives us a glimpse of the movie being around the kidnapping of a school kid. Later we are introduced with parents of the kid played by Vinay Pathak and June Malya who hire Mitin Mashi for investigating the crime. Koel Mallick is Mitin Masi aka Pragyaparamita Mukherjee who is a homemaker cum detective. Her look and body language are looking very different from most of her mainstream movies. In the trailer, we can see her doing action also.   

As per the audience, there is not a single dull moment in the film. Just after a brief introduction of Mitin, the story jumps directly to the main plot. From there onward, it keeps the audience involved throughout the film during the course of Mitin’s investigation process. In between the investigation, it keeps showing the personal life of Mitin also like her interaction with her family and house help
