On Friday, the nation woke up to the news of all four accused in the rape cum murder of 26-year-old veterinary was killed in an encounter with police. All social media platforms, people are hailing Hyderabad police for their work and said that ‘justice is delivered’. In Hyderabad, people were seen shouting slogans, showering flowers on the police personnel.
Even Bengali film fraternity also came out in support of Hyderabad police and praised them. They took to their social handle and celebrated their act. From Mimi to Jeet, every actors and actress is tweeted that ‘Well done Hyderbad Police’.

News agency ANI also posted a video of the celebration in the Hyderabad. There was outrage in the people over the gruesome rape cum murder. The issue had even rocked both houses of the Parliament. Samajwadi Party MP Jaya Bachchan even demanded mob lynching of the criminals involved in this heinous crime.

The woman, who worked in a state-run hospital, was raped and killed by the four accused, all lorry workers, on the city outskirts. Her charred body was found on Thursday and the accused arrested a day later.
The four men, all lorry workers, aged between 20 and 24, were arrested on Friday for allegedly raping and killing the woman had been remanded to judicial custody by a court for 14 days on Saturday. Also, three policemen were suspended on charges of negligence of duty.
