On the auspicious occasion of Poila Baisakh, Tollywood celebrities extended their wishes on social media to their fans. From Prosenjit Chatterjee to Nusrat Jahan and many others wished fans a happy new year and requested them to stay at home and celebrate the festivals.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi today in the morning addressed the nation and wished everyone happy new year. In India, April 14 marks happy new year in many religions. Bengali’s celebrate Poila Baisakh and greet each other on this day. A number of delicacies are prepared on this day. People wear new clothes and make rangoli in front of their houses. But this year, it will be different because of the coronavirus.
