The shooting of director Dhurbo Banerjee’s next film will start from September this year. Confirming the news, he said that work on the script is still going on and it is too early to speak about the movie.

Banerjee’s last film Durgeshgorer has been doing well at the box office. The film stars Abir Chatterjee, Arjun Chakrabarty and Jhinuk.
The story of Durgeshgorer Guptodhon begins when history professor Subarna Sena who along with Abir and Jhinuk decide to visit one of Subarna student’s ancestral mansion at Durgeshgor. The great grandfather of this student was a zamindar and a renowned artist of Bengal. There is a story in the family that they had once received a treasure, but unfortunately, all traces of it had been lost. Subarna along with Abir and Jhinuk tries to find lost clues that may lead them to unearth one of the greatest treasures of Bengal.
Meanwhile, Abir Chatterjee will be next seen in Bornoporichoy—a suspense thriller. In the movie, he is playing a cool-blooded psycho criminal who leaves clues after every crime and the clues are related to the five elements of nature as described in Ved. His character has been introduced as a person who has nothing to lose.
