Actress Darshana Banik has started the shooting of her first Bangladeshi film. The film is being directed by Dipankar Dipan and Darshana will be seen opposite Nusrat Faria Roshan. There is not much information revealed about the film. The other cast details are kept under wrapped.
Talking about her film, Darshana said that she is essaying the role of a doctor in the film. “My name in the film is Aditi and she runs a medical camp in the interior area of Sundarbans. The story is very interesting,” she added.
Darshana was last seen in Hullor. The multi starrer film also features Srabanti Chatterjee, Soham Chakraborty and Om. The film is a remake of Bollywood film ‘Love ke liye sala kuch bhi karega”. The film is directed by Abhimanyu Mukherjee.
Hullor story revolves around three unemployed boys who live together in a rented house. One day they get an offer from a henpecked husband who asks them to kidnap his wife to collect money from his father-in-law. They accepted the offer but things went wrong when their plan failed and created lots of confusions. She will be next seen in director Rajiv Biswas’s Pratighat.
