Actress cum politician Nusrat Jahan is on cloud nine and she cannot hold her happiness right now. The actress has been recently voted as a most desirable woman of 2019 by Calcutta Times. Nusrat has made a comeback in Asur after her marriage. The film which also stars Abir Chatterjee and Jeet in the lead role have mixed response from the fans.

The film Asur is a story of three friends played by Jeet, Abir, and Nusrat. But the film will show the later phase of their life when they are in their 30s. The film is a tribute to famous sculptor and painter Ramkinkar Baij. Jeet will be seen playing that role.
The movie's plot is set at the background of 2015 Durga Puja when a stampede-like situation occurred at the Deshapirya Park Puja when people had gathered around to see 88-feet Durga idol.

And now she will be again seen with Abir in ‘Dictionary’ based on Buddhadeb Guha’s two short stories.
