Grimes Reveals The Nickname For Her And Elon Musk’s Son X Æ A-Xii; This One Is Much Simpler To Pronounce
After endless confusion over the pronunciation of Grimes and Musk’s Son X Æ A-Xii’s name, they have now given him an easier nickname. Find out what it is!
Name is the first thing that differentiates a person from others and Grimes and Elon Musk made sure that their son stands out more than anyone else in the world by naming their baby X Æ A-Xii. It was the most controversial name of 2020 as the whole social media blew off trying their hardest to decipher or pronounce the name. Finally, the couple has decided on a simpler nickname so as to make it easier to pronounce the very difficult name.
When they’d kept the original name, there were doubts as to whether the name will be valid in California. The couple themselves did not agree about the pronunciation of the name that they had themselves decided upon. Moreover, they had to change their boy’s name from X Æ A 12 to X Æ A-Xii as the state does not accept numbers in a person’s name. After all of this, it has finally been decided by Grimes do give her child a simpler nickname, “Little X”. In a recent interview with Bloomberg, she revealed this nickname which was short for X Æ A-Xii.
The singer was blessed with “Little X” on May 4 post which the couple has been posting a lot of adorable pictures and videos on social media.
A while ago Grimes had explained the meaning behind the name X Æ A-Xii and also mentioned that it was a well thought out name. In a tweet she wrote that X represents the unknown variable, the Æ is her elven spelling of Ai (love &/or Artificial Intelligence) and A-12 was arrived at from SR-17, which is their favourite aircraft.
