Former WWE Wrestler Alberto Del Rio Charged With Sexual Assault; Gets Arrested Over Horrific Allegations
The former WWE wrestler Alberto Del Rio, also known as Jose A. Rodriguez Chucuan, is reported to be facing sexual assault charges. As per the latest reports, the wrestler has been reportedly arrested in Texas after allegedly assaulting a woman. According to News 4 in San Antonio, the unidentified victim has presented photographs of her injuries as evidence and claimed the Mexican-American wrestler, who has posted $50,000 bond, has brutally beaten and sexually assaulted her. The report also mentioned that Del Rio “is facing a second-degree felony.”

The report goes on to state that Del Rio who is a San Antonio resident and left the WWE wrestle mania since 2017 reportedly forced her to wear a dress and forced her to dance for him. However, as per reports, when the victim refused to do so, in a fit of rage, "he threatened her to drop her son off in the middle of a road." The reports suggested that the arrest has been confirmed on the Bexar County Jail online records under his real name alongside the sexual assault charge.
