As #DhoniRetires Trends Sakshi Singh Deletes Controversial Tweet On MS Dhoni's Speculated Retirement, Calls Trolls 'Mentally Unstable'
From a very long time, the 2019 World Cup to be precise, speculations around the former Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni AKA MS Dhoni have been rife. The cricketer, ever since then, has been on a sabbatical from cricket; however, he has never acknowledged the news regarding his retirement and as has his wife, Sakshi Singh Rawat. But with the internet being the internet, these rumours once again came floating after a hashtag called #DhoniRetires was trending recently. In response to the same, the cricketer's wife slammed all those spreading the fake news by calling them 'mentally unstable'.

In a now-deleted tweet shared by the cricketer's wife, she lashed out everyone trending #DhoniRetires by asserting how the lockdown has affected their mental stability and called them just 'rumours'. She also asked those people to get a life. Her tweet had read, "Its only rumours ! I understand Lockdown has made people mentally unstable ! #DhoniRetires .. Get a life ! " Though we wonder why Sakshi deleted it in no time, was she getting criticised for her choice of words? Well, that's better known to her. In the past, too, Sakshi had rubbished such claims by calling them just rumours.

It was sometime during last year when MS Dhoni was quizzed about his retirement, to which, the cricketer requested the journalists to not to ask this question until January 2020. At a promotional event, he was quoted as saying, "January tak mat poocho.'

In other news, Dhoni's CSK teammate Harbhajan Singh, in an Instagram live session with Rohit Sharma, revealed how he is not keen on playing for India anymore; however, he will continue his IPL journey. He had said, "He wants to play IPL 100 percent. But one needs to know his take on whether he wants to play for India anymore or not. I think he doesn't want to play for India again. He has played so much for India. As far as I know him, he doesn't want to wear the blue jersey again. He decided that India's last match in the World Cup was his last. A few people have also told me that this is the case."
