HIT OR FLOP: Bigg Boss 13, Kundali Bhagya, Naagin 4 Or Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai?
We bring you the TRP report from the 2nd week of 2020. There have been quite a few interesting twists and the BIGGEST one happens to be Salman Khan hosted, Bigg Boss 13
While the first week of 2020 saw some interesting turns on the TRP chart, the second one just got better for certain shows, specifically Bigg Boss 13.
Bigg Boss 13vwhich was nowhere to be seen in the Top 10 list of best Hindi shows as per the TRP ratings, slowly and steadily started making its presence felt by first gaining the bottom 3 slots. Last time, it managed to reach the 7th position and this time, it has actually gone up to No 3. That’s quite a big feat and only goes to prove how well the show has been performing with the audience.
The numero uno position is occupied by Kundali Bhagya that has dethroned Naagin 4 from the top slot and the latter has slipped down to No 2 this time. Another good improvement happened for the show, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai which had gone to the bottom of the list. The serial comes right after Bigg Boss 13 on No 4.
Kumkum Bhagya is stable on No 5 yet again. There was a time when this show was on the 1st slot but then, newer shows are heating up the competition. The singing reality show Indian Idol which is into its 11th season is also quite popular. However, it registered a slight drop as it slipped from the 4th to the 6th position.
Next in line is Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. Despite the subtractions from the cast, the show still continues to tickle the audience’s funny bone.
Finally, we have shows like Choti Sardarni and Yeh Jaadu Hai Jinn Ka at the bottom.
