Vivek Dahiya Offers Insightful Perspective On Coronavirus From His Diary: ‘It’s Humankind VS COVID-19’

As coronavirus continues to spread globally, people are taking precautionary measures all over the world by self-quarantining and self-isolating. Governments have issued advisories on how people should stay indoor, and avoid huge gatherings. While people are practicing precaution, the spread of coronavirus has not yet been curbed and the number of cases is going up each day. Today, on March 22, a nationwide Janata curfew has been scheduled from 7 am in the morning to 9 pm, to minimize the spread of the virus. Divyanka Tripathi’s husband and actor Vivek Dahiya, who recently made his web series debut with Stage of Seige 26/11, gave his fans an insightful perspective about the spread of coronavirus, which makes for a good read while you are holed up inside your house.

People are trying and coping with the disease in numerous ways- some find memes to be their coping mechanisms, while others choose to read and educate themselves to battle COVID-19. Now, Vivek Dahiya shared a page from his diary speaking about the COVID-19 virus. The actor made some relevant points about the world coming together and says that ‘it is human kind vs Covid-19’. He wrote, “We're stuck in a limbo until the cure is found. But, I've never seen countries so united before.” He further added, “ We have become one entity, one force. It is humans v/s COVID-19.”

He further added that sadly, this coronavirus has come into our lives, to teach ‘Unity in Diversity,’ something we all learned in our schools, but never really followed. Read the complete note here:
