Things are still not fine between once-upon-time besties, Vikas Gupta and Parth Samthaan. At the screening of Code M, Gupta ignored Parth, proving that all’s not well between them
We have seen several instances of strong friendships going kaput. Vikas Gupta and Parth Samthaan who were very close friends at one point of time, are not on talking terms since quite some time.
In fact, last year, we had reported about how things went downhill for them, even though, neither of them ever chose to come out in the open and talk about it. We remember how during an interview, Vikas Gupta had nipped the reports in the bud by stating that just because he doesn’t follow someone on social media, it doesn’t imply that he’s not on talking terms with him.
He had further stated that they work together on projects and are friends, yet the reports of their friendship being lost never died down. Now, at the special screening of the web show Code M, when the two came under the same roof, we expected some sort of meet-n-greet.
But, our source reveals that Vikas gave a blind eye to Parth and chose to ignore him at the event. The screening saw Code M actors Jennifer Winget, Tanuj Virwani, Rajat Kapoor, Samar Khan (producer) in attendance and several others like Rati Agnihotri, Drashti Dhami, Vikas Gupta and Parth Samthaan cheering for their close ones. A source says, “Vikas didn’t feel the need to greet Parth.”
Speaking of the show Code M, it marks Jennifer’s digital debut. The show is being received well by the audience. It's double celebrations for Jennifer- Beyhadh 2 and Code M. Just like Jen, Parth too is all set to make his debut in the digital space with the show, Mein Hero Bol Raha Hu and we had brought you exclusive deets around his character on the ALTBalaji show.
