Tak actor, Sidharth Shukla’s tantrums had touched the ceiling and his
unprofessional behaviour forced the makers to give him an ultimatum.
However, just when it looked like the situation is under
control, matters have gotten out of hand, yet again.
Why do we say that? Well, it so happened that Sidharth
and co-star Kunal Verma were fooling around on-the-sets of Dil Se Dil Tak on
Wednesday, when, out of nowhere, the former threw water on his co-star. This
enraged Kunal to no-end (he felt that Sidharth has crossed the line) and he
called up Shital Somani (Project Head) to address the matter failing which, he
will not shoot.
Keeping the gravity of the situation in mind, Shital
visited the set yesterday and was hoping to sort the matter out. However, soon
after she turned up, the production too began complaining about Sidharth’s
unprofessionalism. They said that the actor keeps co-stars waiting for a long
time after the shot is ready, refuses to come out of his vanity can and extends
his lunch breaks. In fact, once, he even refused to shoot because the AC was
not working and often abuses the crew.
Shital took these complaints to Sidharth and began
talking the issue out. However, the actor was in no mood to budge and instead
began abusing her in front of the crew.
Amidst this spat, Rashami Desai who was present on-set
asked the two to take the fight to the vanity van, but Shital, justifiably
furious with Sidharth’s behaviour, asked Rashami to let them handle it. She
added that of Sidharth can abuse crew members in front of everyone, she can
also yell in public.
Shital and Sidharth got into a heated argument post
which, the actor was asked to leave the set right away.
The actor stormed out and at the moment, has not reported
on-set despite his call time being 12 pm.
