Naagin 4: Rashami Desai's Character Details REVEALED; Bigg Boss 13 Star To Bring In A New Twist
Filling in the void created by Jasmin Bhasin's exit, Bigg Boss 13 star Rashami Desai is soon to be seen in Ekta Kapoor's supernatural show Naagin 4. Here are some details about her character.
Naagin 4 is one of the highest TRP raking shows currently. Featuring Nia Sharma, Vijayendra Kumeria, Sayantani Ghosh and others, this production venture of Ekta Kapoor is entertaining the masses to the core. However, Jasmin Bhasin who essayed the role of Nayanthara has quit the show despite the show being at its peak. Filling in for her is Bigg Boss 13 star Rashami Desai. A few videos of Rashami shooting for Naagin 4 had surfaced on the internet revealing her look. Well, now we have some details about her character.
As per a report in IWMbuzz, Rashami will essay the role of a girl named Shalaka who is as modern as Nayanthara. She will be out on a mission to seek revenge from Brinda played by Nia. A source was quoted saying, "Shalaka will have a hatred towards Brinda (Nia Sharma) just like Nayanthara and will want to send her out of Dev’s (Vijayendra Kumeria) life." Though it is being reported as she will be seen as a modern girl, in the leaked video that made its way to the internet, we saw Rashami in a traditional avatar. We also stumbled upon a video of Rashami talking about her character saying that she will be essaying the role of Dev's wife in the show.
Recently, we had spoken to Jasmin Bhasin and inquired about her sudden disappearance from Naagin 4. She quoted, "I am sorry if the audience got disappointed with this but Naagin is a show which is full of twists and turns and my exit was one of those. When the show started, the first twist was that I (Nayantara) am the Naagin but eventually it wasn't me but Brinda (Nia)."
This is Rashami Desai's first project after Bigg Boss 13 and we can't wait to see her back on the small screen.
