Yesterday, we also attended his wedding along with his 5 family members in Juhu Gurudwara. Dressed in Punjabi attire the couple took vows in Anand Karaj style. And post their wedding not just the couple but their family also shared their excitement with us in one frame which included Manish's sister, brother-in-law and Sangeita's younger brother.
Minutes after her wedding, the couple came out to interact with us. While Sangeita said, "It's finally the end of anxiety", Manish revealed his legs are still shivering. Sharing the moment when he applied sindoor on Sangeita's forehead, Manish said, "Everything was going smoothly and suddenly they gave me sindoor to fill and my hands started shivering. I suddenly realised the end of my bachelor's life."
Though the wedding was attended by three people due to the pandemic, the couple had all the ceremonies in presence of their loved ones virtually which included haldi, mehndi and cocktail, reveals his sister Soniya.
Manish and Sangeita are married now but they are yet to celebrate their bachelor's which they will eventually do just like their grand wedding reception. Manish added, "My father told me that you get married now. When the lockdown will be lifted, I will throw a grand reception for you. So, when all was being decided, I came to Sangeita and asked her, 'I have one wish that I want to have a bachelor's with my friends in Thailand after lockdown. It is something my friends are requesting, not me' and she agreed."
