Dil Dosti Deewanepan Ki actor was simply happy to share his mother’s inspirational weight journey at the age of 62. The actor’s mother, Veena Wahi is a retired school principal who was struggling with her weight since a really long time. Until the actor handed her over to one of the trusted nutritionists to got her back in the shape in the healthiest manner.
The actor’s latest post had a before and after image of his mother, which is simply amazing and inspiring. Veena Wahi lost 18 kg by healthily tackling with her thyroid issues too, she lost these above mentioned kilos in last 4 month which is truly commendable. In the video posted by the actor we heard him thanking the nutritionist and gushing about his mother’ inspirational weight loss journey. Penning a long post on his Instagram account, he convinced everyone that age is just a number and one alter their lifestyle for better living when they decide of it.
In the video he also mentioned about his mother’s healthy routine of going out for walks, thus keeping her active even post her retirement.
