year now, with their four-year-old daughter Samaira staying with Juhi.

not on the cards because the TV stars have started talking to high-profile
lawyers to represent themselves in family court. It is not wrong to assume that
the divorce will be filed soon.

divorce will be filed with ‘mutual consent’, which implies that the proceedings
will not be dragged. The terms and conditions between the estranged couple will

daughter Samaira, though the chances of Juhi being the one who gets custody is
high.
Reports of Juhi and Sachin’s marriage hitting a rough
patch had first started circulating earlier in 2011, but the couple had put up
a united front against it. Soon, they welcomed their daughter.
