Now, from the looks of it, Ekta is planning to bring the
show back after 9 years. The producer took to Twitter to write, “With a piece
of my broken heart I wrote in 2001, 17 years later I Reboot it
dipping in personal pain & lacing it with experiences of an older me! Bringing
back my most successful love saga that ran for 9 yrs! Again I’ll take my broken
heart & make it into art! #NamesToBeAnnounced"

As soon as she posted the tweet, fans began speculating
as to which show is she talking about.
Ekta has a long list of shows which ran for long periods
of time. Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi had a great run from 2000-2008, Sakshi
Tanwar’s Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii too aired during the same time. However,
Kasautii Zindagii Kay premiered in 2001 and continued till 2009, making it a
9-year run.

So, is she hinting at bringing this love story back
on-screen? Well, your guess is good as ours.
We wonder if we will get to see Cezzane and Shweta
reuniting for this one.
The actor has quit acting after 2009. He was last seen in
Seeta Aur Geeta, whereas the actress is currently enjoying being a hands-on
mother to a few months old, Reyansh.
